4 Spring Fashion Trends

1. Bright Colored Statement Earrings
Statement earrings, particularly in bright colors, are everywhere right now and will be a huge trend this spring and summer! Baublebar is my favorite site to shop statement jewelry. These Crispin Drop Earrings are probably the most popular earrings I've seen lately. They come in a bunch of pretty colors and even stripes (FYI, they are pretty large). I absolutely love these Monet Tassel Drop Earrings and they are 40% off right now! Also, Baublebar recently came out with a more affordable jewelry line at Target called Sugarfix. How cute are these turquoise tassel earrings (only $12.99)!? For more of my favorite statement earrings, scroll through the widget below...

2. Bell Sleeves
Bell sleeves are such a unique and fun accent to any top or dress! This trend is SO popular right now!! Bell sleeves can be a little intimidating at first, but there are so many styles out there to choose from (some less intense than others). I personally am loving the bell sleeve style and all the options that are available to shop right now! This blouse from White House Black Market has sheer bell sleeves and is so beautiful. I've also been eyeing up this blush lace up shift dress from Nordstrom! What do you think about the bell sleeve trend??

3. Perforated Bags & Shoes
The perforated trend has been around for a little while now, but it suddenly seems to be everywhere, particularly with shoes! I think it's such a fun detail and great for transitioning into the spring season. Perforated bags are so feminine and chic. I love this Chelsea28 faux leather shoulder bag, especially in purple and white (so summery)! Perforated shoes are huge right now too and come in tons of styles from flats to booties to sneakers. I love this trend in booties because the cut outs provide ventilation and you can wear them well into spring and even summer! These open toe booties at Zappos are adorable and for a closed toe bootie, I really like these (only $34.99). Scroll through below to shop my other favorites!

4. Floral Tops, Pants and Dresses
Florals never seem to completely go out of style, but the pattern is a big trend this year. I particularly love floral prints in dresses and tops, but I've even been seeing the print in pants lately (these Old Navy leggings are too cute)! Adding some floral prints to your closet is the perfect way to update your wardrobe for this spring and summer! I've shared a bunch of options below at different price points. My favorites are this shift dress at Nordstrom and this peasant tassel blouse at Target (available in stores). I also included a few maternity options. For more maternity floral dresses, be sure to visit PinkBlush (so many adorable options!).

So, which of these spring trends is your favorite??

PinkBlush Maternity Maxi Dress

OUTFIT DETAILS

Happy President's Day!

I'm so excited to share this gorgeous maternity maxi dress with you all. When I saw it on the PinkBlush website, I fell in love with the unique print and stunning colors! I love how comfortable and flattering it is. This maxi is perfect for spring and summer events like baby or bridal showers and graduation celebrations or can be worn for date night or girls night out! PinkBlush not only carries a great maternity line, but they also have non maternity clothing, shoes and jewelry, and even baby clothing and products. By the way, they are having a President's Day sale with 25% off sitewide (use code GRABURSNOW) that ends tonight!

Since this dress is such a stand out piece, I kept accessories pretty simple. I wore my Hazel & Deene brass statement earrings and brass bracelet and carried my ivory Kate Spade tote. I love how an ivory bag looks with this dress (so springy)!

I'll be hosting a $75 PinkBlush gift card giveaway this evening on Instagram! Be sure to follow @styleinharmony and enter for your chance to win! :)

$13 Flutter Sleeve Cardigan with Fashion Sneakers

Good morning! How was everyone's Valentine's Day?? We didn't end up doing much this year...I wasn't feeling the greatest on Tuesday so we stayed in. Plus, we have so many expenses coming up (hello, baby!), we decided it wasn't necessary to spend on an expensive dinner.

Anyway, today I thought it would be fun to show a comfy and stylish outfit with fashion sneakers...
This outfit is perfect for shopping days, breakfast or lunch out, running errands, etc. I love the casual vibe while also being put together and polished (for a more dressy look, switch out the sneakers for booties). This flutter sleeve cardigan from Kohl's is unique and SO cozy! It's on sale right now for only $13.20!! It only comes in a bunch of neutral colors and two sizes, S-M and L-XL. I'm wearing an S-M for reference. This cardigan is a must have and a good transitional piece from winter to spring!
Under the cardigan, I wore my BP. long sleeve crew neck tee from Nordstrom. I bought this tee a few months ago knowing it would be perfect as my bump grew! This tee is not maternity, but the fit is oversized. If you aren't pregnant, definitely size down. Unfortunately, the stripes sold out, but they have solid colors available (here, here and here) and it's only $11 (great for layering or wearing alone)!!
My favorite part about this outfit is my new Adidas sneakers! I've been looking for a comfy and chic fashion sneaker and these are it! I have a white pair of converse, but the comfort level just isn't there. These Adidas Neo Advantage sneakers are so versatile, great for walking and can be worn with lots of different outfits. They look good with jeans, shorts, casual dresses, leggings, and athletic wear!
Accessories are the best way to create that polished and put together look. I wanted to keep the outfit looking casual, so I went with simple gold and silver jewelry. Being that my tops are both dark colored and the striped tee has a high neck, I definitely needed a long necklace (looked like something was missing without one!). Also, a stack of bangles add to ANY outfit and are an easy way to accessorize! All jewelry details are linked below...

Winter Activewear

Good morning and happy Friday!! It has been the strangest week around here...Wednesday was so mild and spring-like and then yesterday the temps dropped and it was snowing! I took advantage of the beautiful snow and took a few pictures. We have some pretty wooded areas near us and it's breathtaking when the trees and creeks are covered with snow!

This has been a very typical outfit for me lately. Since I don't dress up for work during the day and my growing bump has left me with limited wardrobe options, I often wear leggings. This activewear look is exactly what I wear to my prenatal yoga classes, too (with a racerback tank underneath).
I am so excited to tell you about this Tek Gear Cowl Neck Sweatshirt for two reasons. One, it has become my new favorite activewear sweatshirt! The color is gorgeous, the tunic length fits my bump, and it is SO SOFT. Second, it's on sale at Kohl's for only $16!!! I'm wearing a medium for reference. This sweatshirt is a must have!
For a bag, I carried my Street Level Faux Leather Reversible Tote from Nordstrom. This affordable bag is perfect for activewear. I always take this tote to my yoga classes since it's big enough to fit all my essentials, plus a water bottle and small towel. It's a great work bag, too...trendy but functional because of the size (fits books, lap tops, etc.). The black/cognac one is $48 right now and they have a gray one on sale for $32.
When it's raining or snowing, I love to wear my Hunter Rain Boots over leggings. I get SO MUCH wear out of these and can't believe I lived without rain boots for so many years. I love this black pair because they match everything. If I ever invested in another pair, I'd try the red ones next! For reference, I'm a 7.5 shoe size and wear a 7 in Hunter Boots.

Ruffle Heart Dress

OUTFIT DETAILS
ASOS HEART DRESS: Maternity + Non Maternity // PUMPS: Nordstrom, similar, similar / CROSSBODY BAG: Kate Spade, similar // RING: Baublebar // BRACELET CUFF: Kendra Scott, similar // EARRINGS: Van Heusen // LIPSTICK: MAC (MAC Red)

Happy Monday!

Did you all have a good weekend? We had family over to watch the Superbowl and had a great time! Valentine's Day is less than two weeks away, and I've found the perfect dress for the occasion! This gorgeous ASOS ruffle heart dress is girly, fun, and oh so chic. It comes in both maternity and non maternity (I'm wearing the maternity, size 6 for reference). The maternity dress is on sale for $38 and the non maternity is $32! This dress makes a statement on its own, so I kept accessories minimal, wore black pumps (similar here) and carried my Kate Spade black crossbody bag (purchased from one of the surprise sales, similar here). I almost carried a red bag, but I wanted to keep the focus on the dress. Instead, I added a pop of red with my lipstick (MAC Red). Also, I wore nude pantyhose since it is winter, after all! All other details are linked above and in the widget below...

So do you have Valentine's Day (or Galentine's) plans??
